Description: Powerex CIB Modules are designed for use in switching applications. Each module consists of a three phase diode converter section, a three phase IGBT inverter section and a brake section. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management. Features: Low Drive Power Low VCE(sat) Discrete Super-Fast Recovery (70ns) Free-Wheel Diodes High Frequency Operation (20-25 kHz) Isolated Baseplate for Easy Heat Sinking Applications: AC Motor Control Motion/Servo Control General Purpose Inverters Robotics Ordering Information: Example: Select the complete nine digit module part number you desire from the table below - i.e. CM20MD-12H is a 600V (VCES), 20 Ampere CIB Power Module.
